For residential contributors, month user charges will be based on the average monthly water usage for the months of January and February of the current year effective each calendar year March 1st. If a residential customer has not established a monthly average, his monthly average user charge shall be the median charge of all other residential contributors. For industrial and commercial contributors, user charges will be based on water used during the current month.
Residential Rates inside city limits: $18.00 minimum, plus $1.00 per 100 cubic feet
Residential Rates outside city limits: $25.20 minimum, plus $1.80 per 100 cubic feet
Industrial & Commercial Rates inside city limits: $24.00 minimum, plus $1.75 per 100 cubic feet
Industrial & Commercial Rates outside city limits: $28.50 minimum, plus $2.05 per 100 cubic feet
